Vessel of Middle-Eastern form with curving handle and vestigial spout, wood fired and decorated with a reduced silver lustre glaze in the style of Alan Peascod.

Possibly signed, and dating from the early 1980s.

30 cm high and 13 cm in diameter.

In good condition.

Provenance: Private sale, 2010.

A 50 cm high bottle in similar style is illustrated in Pottery in Australia, 21/1, 1982, p. 48.
