Juneve Eastman has entries in the 1973 and 1981 directories published by the Potters' Society of Australia. These say that she trained in pottery while studying industrial design at RMIT. By 1973, she was based in Deniliquin, NSW, making wheel-thrown domestic stoneware with local wood ash glazes. By 1981, she was running the Karinja Craft Gallery in Deniliquin with four other women. Her work is marked with a painted 'Juneve Eastman' and an impressed emu.
